ARROW.TV is an O.T.T. service. Originally O.T.T. TV is focused on the delivery of TV programs over the Internet, such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon.

Over-The-Top is a rapidly changing term, but it signifies a permanent change in how people consume content. OTT TV bypasses the cable or satellite TV gatekeepers.

The coming of smartphones have revolutionized OTT services, namely voice and video services over wireless networks, since these machines have multimedia and advanced communication functions.

Given the massive explosion of video content available on the internet, there is a corresponding sharp increase in streamed video viewing, particularly among younger generations and under-served target groups.

TV/video viewership is changing for everyone. Viewing is gradually switching from traditional TV to streaming video on mobile devices.

TV and video consumption times are shifting across all demographics and generations. Cisco projects that by 2019, 80% of internet data will be used for online video, up from 64% in 2014, with music video streaming as the fastest growing segment of digital music consumption.

We are looking to raise €300,000 with a minimum target of €150,000. The funds will be used for:
• Scale-up to Germany early 2018.
• Enlarge the Company with key personnel for operations and social / online marketing.
• Scale-up marketing, sales and partnerships (white labeling).
• Further development to enlarge the ARROW.TV application with On-demand features and Pay facilities including Apps for mobile and CTV (smart TV).
• To expand content, including own produced content.
• Expand the service with other types of programming, like for cars, traveling, life-style etc.
• Development of user profiling and big data modules.

Should we only raise our minimum target of €150,000, we will scale back on each of these activities proportionately, slowing our expansion and contract acquisition accordingly.

The following exit strategies have been considered and approved by the Board of Directors:
• A Share Buyback will be offered to all shareholders investing in this round five years following the issuance of shares. The price per share at which the Buyback will be offered shall be determined based on the market value of the Company at that point.
• We aim pay all shareholders an annual dividend whenever possible. This shall ultimately be at the discretion of the Board of Directors, who will approve the dividend payment based on the Company's annual performance.
• Finally, we anticipate a possible acquisition by a global competitor taking place over the next 5-7 years, which is very likely to yield a high multiple exit to any shareholder’s present at the time.
