ONE MOTO Electric Vehicles is a tech and data-driven manufacturer with a focus on the delivery/last-mile vehicles.

Why ONE MOTO?

The Electric Vehicles (EV) industry is booming as the world has started to adopt and look for affordable, environmentally focused mobility. Whilst there are other EV players in the market, none have focused on creating a fleet of vehicles serving different purposes. In particular, ONE MOTO intends to corner the market for electric vehicles that are suited for delivery companies as this is an underserved segment.

We are market ready and generating sales with huge interest from our target customer base. Now we are looking to raise capital in order to produce more vehicles, complete pilots and accelerate our growth. We believe that as the market switches to EVs as a default option, ONE MOTO will be excellently placed to be a preferred option for multiple use cases, both within the UAE and internationally.

We build vehicles for purpose and anticipate selling 100,000 vehicles by 2028. We'd like you to be a part of the journey, not follow it.

ONE MOTO is a tech-driven EV manufacturer focused on the commercial, last-mile and logistics sector.

Our goal is to build the brand equity of ONE MOTO through creating and selling a fleet of inter-connected vehicles, our vehicles are “smartphones on wheels”.

Primary target market: Delivery app aggregators, Logistics, Supermarkets, Pharmacies and Fleet operators.

Secondary market: Consumers and Commuters (E-commerce and dealerships).

Tertiary market: Supplying P2P leasing companies.

In the UAE, we do have competitors targeting the same customers, however all three of them supply petrol vehicles. No other company focuses on the EV delivery market.

The ONE MOTO management team comprises of designers, engineers, business development and relationship managers that have already identified key target customers in the UAE and the GCC.

We have a negative Cash Conversion Cycle and do not need investment for manufacturing. We are raising capital to facilitate the expansion of the business throughout the GCC by building a network of partners to facilitate expansion through dealerships and distributors.

We are aiming for 100,000 units sold by 2024, which will lead us towards a valuation in excess of $100,000,000

• Web software, licensing and telematics
• Salaries and Expertise
• Legal & Professional Fees
• Marketing and PR
• Leasing Business (stock vehicles) - Operational Cash Flow
• City launch budgets, primarily for securing strategic partnerships

This proposal has a minimum target of $300,000 and will be marked as successful once that target is reached.

We anticipate a potential exit by 2024 with a valuation in excess of $100,000,000.

Potential Trade Sales:

Uber, Bird, Tier Voi, have been active with M&A, with the likes of Tesla, Fisker and Polestar seeing their valuations and raises skyrocket. Industry consolidations of larger manufacturers and OEMs are ongoing, therefore we feel that a trade sale is a likely outcome as we build a brand in our niche.

We anticipate a possible acquisition by a global competitor taking place over the next 5-7 years, which is very likely to yield a high multiple exit to any shareholders present at the time.

The following alternative exit strategies have been considered and approved by the Board of Directors:

We will consider a Share Buyback for all shareholders investing in this round five years following the issuance of shares. The price per share at which the Buyback will be offered shall be determined based on the market value of the Company at that point.

We aim to pay all shareholders an annual dividend whenever possible. This shall ultimately be at the discretion of the Board of Directors, who will approve the dividend payment based on the Company’s annual performance.
