  • The rise of Employee Engagement corresponds with a new phase of the HR technology market over the past few years, a phase that many call “HCM 2.0” (Human Capital Management 2.0). employee engagement is at the epicenter of HCM 2.0 and a new breed of solutions.

    Global studies about Employee Engagement TAM varies dramatically. Based on the package of features researchers consider it ranges between $3B to $17B. Yet, all agree that the market is still in the early adopter’s stage. It has been growing in the past five years and it will continue to grow until 2030.  

    We are raising a total of $1M at a pre-money valuation of $9.8M with a minimum of $200K via equity crowdfunding and the rest via other sources.

    Funds will be allocated to the following areas of the business:


    • Reinforce our Human Capital by hiring some key positions in different locations.


    • Scale our technology offerings to current and future clients by adding more revenue-generating value-added services to our platforms.


    • Establish our market presence in more locations and swell our co-seller network to cover larger geographies.

    The following exit strategies are considered by the founders:

    1. We anticipate a possible acquisition by a global competitor taking place over the next 3-5 years, which is very likely to yield a high multiple exit to any shareholders present at the time.

    2. The second obvious exit route is a sale to Private Equity, who we expect would value the early profitability and cash that the business generates at scale.
