We are currently operating in 4 countries - Oman, India, Jordan and Georgia working in completely different markets at a time. our approach of partnering with existing restaurant will complement both side where we will generate higher revenues with low cost and low risk.

The market research company Euromonitor estimated that the ghost-kitchen industry could be worth more than $1 trillion in revenue by 2030. Ego Kitchen is going beyond ghost to host kitchens where we not only service the customer's demand but also empowering restaurants to use their kitchen space and existing staff to maximize their revenues.

If Kitopi is a house-hold name in GCC by preparing and delivering other brand's food, we are in the process of turning every potential restaurants into similar of Kitopi model by empowering them with our technology and customer winning brands. We are partnering with Restaurants, Hotels with kitchen facilities, Pubs/Clubs, Caterers and even other cloud kitchens ready to scale up their operations.

We are ready to pair with potential partners across any hospitality domain. One doesn't need previous experience of food delivery or technical knowledge. Our brands can enter into any kitchen without worrying about equipment, cuisines, or even manpower skills – we are here to take care of everything.

Though we have multiple different numbers and market studies related to cloud / ghost kitchen market size, we are using data from Knowledge Sourcing Intelligence Analysis - The cloud kitchen market was valued at US$32.460 billion in 2019 and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 12.28% over the forecast period to reach a total market size of US$73.024 billion by 2026.

below illustration is from another similar study from Statista in 2020 according to that - The Global Cloud Kitchen Market size was valued at USD 43.1 Billion in 2019 and is estimated to reach USD 71.4 Billion by 2027, with a CAGR of 12.0% from 2021 to 2027. An increase in demand for online meal delivery, an increase in desire for international cuisine, and the adoption of tech-savvy ordering systems are all driving the expansion of the cloud kitchen market.

We are targeting in the Middle East market and India, where are already having the presence and we have tested the brands and learned the consumer behaviors in last 1 year. According to INC42 report - the total market size of cloud kitchen in India alone is estimated at $1 billion where 86% of the market is still unaddressable. This is a huge opportunity for concept like Ego Kitchen which has potential to grow phenomenally by partnering with restaurants.

The online delivery business is growing more than ever and the demand for dark kitchens is strengthening to favor the complete ecosystem.

Customers are looking forward to experience best of cuisines quickly, in the best shape while paying lesser. They are not only accepting food from virtual kitchens but appreciating the whole new experience of convenience.

We are focusing on three areas globally - Middle East | Asia/South East Asia | Europe. Asia has seen a lot of virtual kitchens, Middle East and Europe have much more potential, these bigger markets are yet to be tapped by cloud kitchens.

Though Ego Kitchen is bootstrapped and we have been funding all the kitchen opening and operations but we have realized that it's time that we look forward to collaborate with like minded investors to join hands and leverage the best of opportunities which we have identified.

We would like to use the funding for -

1. Opening new locations / satellite kitchens
2. Venturing into retail locations across MENA region
3. Strengthening franchisees across all the locations
4. Investing on technology for direct deliveries channels, HR and manpower training
5. Efforts on brand building, customer retention and enhancing food experience

The business model is going to sustain and we would be trying our best to stay and grow in different markets as the future of F&B and on demand food delivery is going to grow in coming years, however if we see potential opportunities to grow with bigger group, we would love to get acquired by someone having more widely operated network within the same domain.

We might consider to either buy back the shares from investors in future as this will help us to regain the majority of equity in the firm.

Since the whole business is completely tangible and it has all the potential to expand in different regions, launch new brands and bring innovation - chances of becoming bigger are quite possible and we are open for both acquisition or merger with bigger players in the region if given the justified returns.
