Problems we try to solve:

- The fashion industry is responsible for one-tenth of global carbon emissions. In fact, it is the second-largest polluter in the world, just after the oil industry.

-The current marketplace environment for luxury fashion is not optimized with long shipping routes and high commission fees of up to 45%

Disrupting the market:

Our vision is to provide a peer-to-peer marketplace that allows the resale of luxury clothes in a secure and sustainable way. We offer our users the possibility to transact with 0% commission.

Our monetisation strategy lies in upselling a premium subscription. The premium user will benefit from transacting with 0% commission and will get access to our premium features.
On our platform, basic users will have to pay a 10% commission on each transaction and have to pay seperately for the features and services they want to use.

Due to our decentralized peer-to-peer model we have low running costs in comparison to the high running costs caused by a centralized marketplace in which all items need to go through a warehouse.
We are also the first luxury resale marketplace to focuses on a digital authentication process to make sure all items sold on the platform are authentic

The secondhand apparel market is valued at about $36 billion today and is forecast to reach $77 billion within 5 years, according to a new report by thredup. The luxury secondhand market is growing four times faster than the primary luxury market, at 12 percent per year versus 3 percent.

The main drivers of luxury resale growth are affordability, collectability, and the changing consumer preferences towards sustainability and experiences.
In this new context, secondhand shopping is perceived as a responsible way for new affluent generations to acquire unique items without the negative impact of buying fast fashion. Luxury brands have an advantage over fast-fashion retailers
– all age groups purchase luxury products for their longevity and prestige.

1.Development
We will invest in human capital helping us to build out the Selling Community marketplace and technology.

Our marketing budget is aimed at increasing growth for the SellingCommunity marketplace and brand.

3. Business development
Expanding relationships with stores, e-commerces and other strategic relationships. Engaging in possible joint ventures and incentives to drive platform adoption.

1. Exit through acquisition

Over the next 5-10 years, we expect a probable acquisition by another marketplace, which will almost certainly result in a high multiple exit for any shareholders present at the time.


2. Share Buy back

Five years after the issuing of shares, we propose to provide a Share Buyback to all shareholders who invested in this round. The price per share at which the Buyback will be offered will be decided by the Company's future market value.

3. Annual Dividend

We strive to provide an annual dividend to all shareholders whenever possible. The dividend payment will ultimately be approved by the Board of Directors, who will do so based on the Company's annual performance.
